1. Is Your Milk Pasteurized?

Yes it certaintly is. We use the minimal amout of heat required and take or add nothing to our whole milk to maintain its nutritional density as much as possible. So you could say it is the closest thing to raw milk. 

2. How to create an account?

On the top right hand side of our website you'll see the signup button. Please follow the steps, enter your address, payment method and any other details. If you have problems ordering please text 403-634-3000

 

3. What if I forget my password?

You can reset your password from the link sent on your registered email.

4. How can I place an order?

Order Cutoff is Monday at 2PM. Orders placed after this time for that same week may be resceduled for the following week.

How can I place an order?
Follow these steps to place your order:
For one-time orders:
Step 1: Select the Category from the Home screen 
Step 2: Select the product for placing an order
Step 3: Click on the Cart
Step 4: Select the delivery date and click on Place Order
Step 5: Select the mode of payment 
Step 6: Selecting the payment method click on Confirm
Step 7: The order is successfully placed, wait for a confirmed message from us. 
For subscription orders
Step 1: Select the Category from the Home screen 
Step 2: Select the product for placing an order and click on Subscribe
Step 3: Add the delivery address
Step 4: Select the frequency of the order delivery
Step 5: Select the quantity of the product
Step 6: Select the start delivery date and delivery schedule, the number of deliveries
Step 7: Click on confirm
Step 8: Select the payment method and click on confirm
Step 9:The subscription order is successfully placed

5. Delivery Address not in Delivery Area Error

Unfortunately this means that we do not deliver to your area yet. Still make the account, as you'll be notified when we do. You can still select "pickup" to oder your weekly products to our on Farm Store (open Saturdays 11-3).
